If a client cancels the tour for personal reasons, the following cancellation rates will apply to the tour fare. The remaining balance (the cancellation fee and the handling and conversion fees
on paypal will be deducted from the tour fare) will be refunded via paypal no later than 10 days from the cancellation date.
Time of Cancellation & Cancellation rate
Counting back from the day before the starting date of the tour date:
a) 21 days prior to the starting date of the tour: 0% of the tour fare
b) 7-20 days prior to the starting date of the tour: 50% of the tour fare
c) 1-6 day prior to the starting date of the tour: 80% of the tour fare
d) On the day of the tour, after the starting time of departure, or in case of failure to show without notice: 100% of the tour fare
If a client cancels a tour for reasons out of one's control such as natural disasters, transportation problems or a travel warning issued by the US Department of State (more than advisory level
2), a full amount of the tour fare will be refunded (the handling and conversion fees on paypal will be deducted from the refund).
